3. Proposals, scope and changes
Where a project includes a written proposal, statement of work, invoice, email agreement or similar document, that document defines the agreed scope. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional time, cost or a separate approval.
Timelines may depend on access, approvals, content, technical dependencies and information supplied by the client.
4. Payments
Pricing and payment terms are shown on the relevant service page, proposal, invoice or checkout page. Unless otherwise agreed, work may begin only after any required upfront payment is received.
Any taxes, bank charges, currency conversion costs or third-party processing fees that apply to a transaction may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by law.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms may differ depending on the service or product. Once work has started, fees relating to completed work, committed time, purchased third-party services or non-refundable expenses may not be refundable.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final custom deliverables transfers only after full payment for the relevant work. Pre-existing methods, reusable code, frameworks, templates, utilities, know-how, internal tools and general techniques remain the property of their original owner.
Third-party software, fonts, plugins, stock assets, APIs and licensed materials remain subject to their own licenses.
8. Free tools, content and resources
Free tools, guides, calculators, templates, blog posts and other public resources are provided for general informational use. They may be changed, limited or discontinued at any time.
You should independently verify important decisions before relying on automated outputs, especially where financial, legal, technical or business consequences may be significant.
9. Third-party services

10. No guaranteed SEO or business results
SEO, Local SEO, AI visibility, rankings, traffic, leads, revenue and similar outcomes depend on many factors outside any consultant's direct control. No specific ranking, traffic level, lead volume, revenue result or search engine inclusion is guaranteed unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ksrehan.com and KS Rehan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website, free tools or services.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, total liability relating to a paid service will generally be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Termination
Either party may end a project where permitted by the applicable agreement. Outstanding fees for work already completed, committed or properly incurred remain payable.
Access to the website, free tools or client areas may be restricted where there is abuse, unlawful activity, security risk or material breach of these terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer or local laws that apply in your jurisdiction.
